Preparation Before Consultation

Semen Analysis (Spermogram): Preferably performed after 3 to 5 days of sexual abstinence.
Scrotal Color Doppler Ultrasound: Details on venous diameter, reflux during Valsalva maneuver, and testicular volume.
Hormonal Panel (if available): Total Testosterone, FSH, LH, and Prolactin levels.
Previous Surgery Records: If you underwent a previous varicocele operation and are seeking a revision for recurrent varicocele.
